Discovery Call
A 15-minute consultation to discuss your goals and determine if our approach is right for you.

Initial Visit
90 minutes. Prepaid at booking.
$300
Follow-up Sessions
1 hour each. A minimum of two follow-ups is part of the program; further follow-ups are optional.

Insurance & Lab Fees
Receipts are provided for all visits. Lab testing is paid for by the client. We provide a detailed invoice for your records, which you submit directly to your extended health insurance provider for reimbursement. Our practice does not provide direct billing services.
Ontario Residency
All clinical visits and consultations are conducted exclusively for Ontario residents. This virtual-only practice is designed to provide structured care for women in Ontario who are serious about their perimenopause and menopause wellness journey.
